Terms

Terms for using the public TraceOps AI website.

These terms explain the basic rules for using the public website, requesting contact, and understanding the boundary between marketing content and a commercial engagement.

Terms

This public website is provided for marketing, education, and business development purposes. It does not create a product subscription, government approval, or guaranteed service outcome on its own.

  • You may use the marketing site to learn about TraceOps AI, request follow-up, or contact the team about a commercial engagement.
  • Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or submit information you are not allowed to share.
  • Any paid product use, pilot work, or professional services engagement will be governed by separate commercial terms and security review steps.

TraceOps Commercial data restrictions

TraceOps Commercial is not authorized to receive, process, store, or transmit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, ITAR-controlled technical data, export-controlled data, source-selection sensitive information, or other restricted government information. By creating an account or submitting materials, you agree not to upload, paste, or otherwise transmit prohibited data to the platform.

  • All software, user interfaces, workflows, documentation, diagrams, reports, text, graphics, and other materials made available through TraceOps Platform AI are owned by CodeCraft Cyber Technologies, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Subscribers are responsible for confirming that uploaded materials are public or otherwise non-controlled before submission.
  • If prohibited content is submitted, TraceOps may suspend processing, restrict access, delete the content, or disable the affected workspace.
  • Classified or CUI-authorized usage is not part of TraceOps Commercial and would require a separate offering.

No overclaim policy

Marketing content is intended to explain product direction and workflow scope. It should not be read as a claim that TraceOps AI has achieved a certification, assessment, or government endorsement unless that claim is expressly stated and supported.

  • Readiness support is not the same as certification.
  • Availability, implementation scope, and onboarding requirements may vary by customer.
  • Final pricing depends on document volume, workflow scope, onboarding, and security requirements.
